            Delegate Overington moves to amend  CS for SB265 on page1, section 22, lines 5 and 6 after the word “agreement” by striking the phrase “outlining the terms of this subsection” and inserting in lieu thereof “which shall prevent disclosure of circulation records, personal information, and similar records of any public library except to the extent allowed under this subsection”
